I hereby accept the use of a Courtesy Vehicle from Gold Coast Marine Centre Trading as The Boat Works under the following terms and conditions:
* 3 hours is the maximum time limit for the use of the vehicle at any one time unless special permission has been given from management
* Subject to availability – a vehicle can be booked overnight. Vehicle keys must be collected at 3.30pm and returned the following morning between 7.00am-7.30am - Please book this with the office
* Subject to availability – a vehicle can be booked over a weekend. Vehicle keys must be collected at 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon and returned the following Monday morning between 7.00am-7.30am - Please book this with the office
* The Boat Works provide a vehicle for free, though we ask that you return the vehicle full of fuel and provide a receipt as proof of re-fueling the vehicle to the office when returning the vehicle key
* Vehicle must be returned to the marina office no later than 3:30pm when borrowed throughout any weekday
* $1,250.00 standard excess applies in the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle
* I (the loanee) am 25years+ of age or if I (the loanee) am under the age of 25years understand and agree to a higher excess of $2000.00 in the event of an accident/damage to the vehicle
* The vehicle will not be loaned to a third party
* The vehicle will not be driven whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or I (the loanee) will be required to be responsible for the total cost or damage arising from any accident
* All traffic breaches including parking fines will be my (the loanee) responsibility
* All Toll Charges will be automatically charged to The Boat Works. I (the loanee) understand that The Boat Works will on-charge me and automatically debit my nominated credit card provided below for all Toll charges incurred
* I (the loanee) must produce my physical and current drivers licence so that a copy can be held on file. I (the loanee) confirm that the drivers licence I provide is current and has not been cancelled
* A $50 cleaning surcharge will be levied in the event the vehicle requires excessive cleaning
* No Animals are permitted in any courtesy vehicle
* No flammables are to be carried inside any vehicle e.g. Fuel, LPG Gas
* No smoking in any vehicle
* No rubbish is to be left in the vehicle
* ‘I authorise The Boat Works to charge the nominated credit card listed below in the event the vehicle incurs damage, traffic breaches are incurred, any tolls are incurred or the cleaning surcharge is payable.
